Mentorship

“A mentor is someone who sees more talent and ability within you, than you see in yourself, and helps bring it out of you” – Bob Proctor

Mentorship - How we define it...

A Mentoring relationship is a new primary influence centered around how you make decisions in life. Decisions that may affect the ability to attain your goals and dreams. Decisions in life made without guidance or perspective can greatly impact your ability to stay focused for the time it takes to grow your asset. Earning a relationship with someone who has the results in life you want, allows you to seek their perspective and utilize their experiences as a guide post or sounding board for choices pertaining to your future. We firmly believe that “who you know is more important than what you know”.

Personal Development

Personal development refers to those activities that improve a person’s talents, skill set, potential, consciousness and ability to realize dreams and create wealth to produce freedom of time. It’s what you do to improve yourself and your path in life. Generally, as adults our lives are imprinted and formatted by the experiences and circumstances of our families, communities and schools during our childhood years. Later in life however, our motivations to develop ourselves are powered by our desire to fulfill certain needs, clearly displayed in Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs. The conclusion therefore is that personal development is a life long journey, because when we attain levels of achievement, higher ones, which also desire fulfillment, are exposed. In an entrepreneurial setting, this drives us to keep raising our business to the next level. This could be in terms of revenue, bottom line, and most importantly freedom of time. Personal development is the pathway to the change required to harvest the fruit on the tree.

Coaching

There are key advantages to coaching in the world of entrepreneurship. Most people want to perform well but sometimes don't have the confidence, experience or knowledge on how to best succeed. When coaching and success principles are implemented synergistically, it builds new skills, facilitates growth and confidence in the marketplace. The result is a motivated business owner who also ends up coaching others in many cases, sharing minset and principles taught to them. It inspires more learning and creativity through team bonding. We believe in a blend of both coaching and mentorship to develop strong and efficient teams, while identifying the next group of leaders to mentor. The personal rewards of coaching and mentorship are as wide-ranging as the individuals benefiting from it.
